St. Luke's Hospital has a state-of-the-art Oncology Department, where prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of cancer are applied, in accordance with the relevant international standards, within the framework of an interdisciplinary approach.

The Oncology Department has experienced oncologists and nursing staff and applies the most modern therapeutic approaches, aiming at the healing of the patient.

Modern individualised treatment

All oncology patients are treated with appropriate individualised treatment. For this purpose, modern methods of chemotherapy, hormone therapy, biological therapy and immunotherapy are used. At the same time, if required, special tests are performed to find the molecular and genetic basis of the disease. Chemotherapy is performed in special daily hospital wards. The dissolution and preparation of medicines are carried out by qualified personnel, in conditions of complete sterilisation, with absolute safety standards.
