About Us
45 Annuale
With great gratitude to God for all that He has blessed us to achieve so far, we move beyond the forty-five years on the road that is before us.
We aspire that “AGIOS LUKAS” will remain a Center where patients will turn to and find not only the right and successful medical assistance, but also humanity, which unfortunately is not the norm in our country.

About Us
Our goal is to provide high quality healthcare to our patients. Our vision is for St. Luke's Hospital to be a model and a reference point for the region of Northern Greece.
Right from the beginning, when it first opened its doors to the public, in 1975, St. Luke's Hospital embraced a double motto. On the one hand, the words of the Hippocratic Oath: "... for the benefit of the patient..." and on the other hand, the words of Paul the Apostle: "... but the greatest of these is love."

At St. Luke's Hospital, I found the best paediatricians. Very good people and scientists! In general, everyone in the Paediatrics Department is amazing. The paediatricians, the nurses, even the cleaning ladies were polite and always with a smile on their faces, ready to help and give courage.
Our doctor, Tasos, is always by our side. Ready to answer even the dumbest question we may have as new parents. His knowledge, concern and love for children are unique! I remember the first months when our little one was born and there was difficulty with breastfeeding, the doctor stood by us and in a calm way, helped us find the best solution!
Thank you for everything!''

Social Contribution
St. Luke's Hospital belongs to AMG International, a non-profit organization of the U.S.A. Therefore, a large amount of the annual profits is donated to charity in different parts of the world.
Within these 45 years of the Hospital's operation, many people who have not been able to cope with the high costs of their hospitalisation, as well as many refugees, migrants, etc., have been hospitalised free of charge. It is our wish, to the extent of our capabilities, not to refuse hospitalisation because of someone's inability to cover the total cost of treatment.
